Terminal
We are living in the space between collapse and creation;
A liminal moment when old systems fail but new ones haven't yet emerged. This is the terminal stage, where everything that once felt permanent reveals itself as code that can be corrupted, deleted, overwritten.
Terminal is a chronicle of this digital dystopia we've built around ourselves, where democracy.exe has stopped responding and the American dream has been seemingly moved to the trash.
These poems explore the glitches in our collective operating system: the loneliness algorithms, the surveillance states, the manufactured divisions that keep us from recognizing our shared humanity.
But even in terminal diagnosis, there is defiance.
Even in system failure, there is hope for a complete reboot.
These are 35 dispatches from the edge of the US empire;
Love letters to a future we're still fighting to build;
Error messages that might just contain the code for revolution.
